By accessing or using Comedy Ads Club ("adsclub.whitelabelcomedy.com"), operated by White Label Comedy Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Comedy Ads Club is a membership platform that provides tools for creating, managing, and scheduling advertising and social media content. Our services include:

• AI-powered ad copy and creative generation tools.
• Social media content creation and scheduling.
• Facebook and Instagram ad performance analytics.
• Training content and educational resources.
• Framework and template libraries.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Access to the platform requires an active paid membership, processed via ThriveCart and/or Stripe.
• Membership fees are billed according to the plan you select at sign-up or upgrade.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing members.

• Content generated using our AI tools is provided as a starting point and suggestion. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the appropriateness of any content before publishing or using it in advertising.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will comply with all advertising regulations, platform policies, or legal requirements in your jurisdiction.
• You retain ownership of the content you create using our tools.

When you connect your Facebook, Instagram, or other social media accounts, you authorise us to:

• Publish scheduled content to your connected Pages and accounts at the times you specify.
• Read advertising performance data from your connected ad accounts.

You are solely responsible for the content published through our platform to your social media accounts. You may disconnect your accounts at any time through your Account settings.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to create content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or redistribute our content or frameworks.
• Resell or redistribute the templates, frameworks, or tools provided on the platform without explicit permission.

• The platform, including its design, features, templates, frameworks, and training content, is the intellectual property of White Label Comedy Ltd.
• Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own business purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Label Comedy Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Performance of ads created using our tools.
• Content published to your social media accounts via our scheduling features.
• Any loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions, scheduled or unscheduled.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform and will take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
