Comedy Ads Club ("we", "us", "our") is operated by White Label Comedy Ltd. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our platform at adsclub.whitelabelcomedy.com.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Payment information: Processed securely via ThriveCart and/or Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Platform connections: When you connect your Facebook, Instagram, or other social media accounts, we store encrypted access tokens to perform actions you authorise (such as publishing posts or reading ad performance data).
• Usage data: Information about how you use the platform, including AI-generated content, saved creatives, and scheduled posts.

• To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• To publish scheduled content to your connected social media accounts at your requested times.
• To sync and display advertising performance data from your connected ad accounts.
• To generate AI-powered content based on your inputs and preferences.
• To communicate with you about your account and our services.

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account, we access only the data necessary to provide our services:

• Facebook Pages: We read your Page list and use Page Access Tokens to publish posts you schedule.
• Instagram Business Accounts: We identify your linked Instagram account and publish scheduled image posts on your behalf.
• Ad Account Data: If you connect your ad account, we read campaign performance metrics for display in your dashboard.

We do not sell, share, or use your Facebook or Instagram data for any purpose other than providing you with the features described above. Access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption.

Your data is stored securely on Convex (our database provider) and Vercel (our hosting provider). All access tokens for connected platforms are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at office@whitelabelcomedy.com.

When you disconnect a social media account, we immediately delete the stored access tokens for that account.

We use the following third-party services:

• Convex: Database and backend infrastructure.
• Vercel: Application hosting.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Social media publishing and ad data access via their Graph API.
• OpenAI, Anthropic & Google: AI content generation. The text and prompts you provide are sent to these providers to generate content. Under their commercial/API terms, your inputs and the resulting outputs are not used to train their AI models. They may retain this data for a short period (typically up to 30 days) for abuse monitoring and security, after which it is deleted.
• ThriveCart / Stripe: Payment processing.

Some of our third-party service providers (including our AI providers OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) are based in the United States. This means your personal data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries outside the UK and European Economic Area (EEA). Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US and UK-US Data Privacy Framework — to ensure your data receives a level of protection consistent with UK and EU data protection law.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Disconnect any connected social media accounts at any time via your Account settings.
• Withdraw consent for data processing (which may limit your ability to use certain features).

We use cookies and similar browser storage to run the site, remember your choices, and (with your permission) measure how the site and our ads perform. We group them into two types.

Essential cookies (always active). These are needed for the site to work and do not require your consent:

• Sign-in session: keeps you securely logged in after you sign in.
• Security: short-lived tokens that protect sign-in and account-connection steps against cross-site request forgery.
• Your cookie choice: we store whether you accepted or declined optional cookies so we do not ask you again.
• Payments: our payment providers (Stripe and ThriveCart) set cookies needed to process payments and prevent fraud during checkout.
• Error monitoring: we use Sentry to detect and diagnose technical errors so we can keep the service reliable.

Optional cookies (only with your consent). In the UK, EU, and EEA we set these only after you accept them on our cookie banner. If you decline, they are not used. Outside those regions they may load by default.

• Analytics: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity, help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
• Marketing: the Meta (Facebook) Pixel helps us measure and improve our advertising.
• A/B testing: a cookie that remembers which version of a page you were shown, so your experience stays consistent while we test improvements.

Declining optional cookies will not stop you from using the site or completing a purchase. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies and stored data in your browser, which will prompt the banner to appear again on your next visit.
